About the Project
The CLS Welfare Benefits Project is funded by the Community Legal Services and was set up to enable a greater number of the public to access free high quality legal advice regarding Benefit entitlement and money advice.
We can help with advice on entitlement to benefits, how to claim them, help filling out the forms, looking into delays, helping to appeal against decisions and appearing at Social Security Tribunals.
We can also help by doing better off calculations or benefit checks too ensure you are getting everything you are entitled to.
To be eligible for help via this project Clients must fit criteria set by the Community Legal Services regarding their income.
